Join us on Thursday, April 4th from 6-8pm for a photography workshop! In this workshop, students will learn how to take their instant film photography to the next level and create a Polaroid emulsion lift! Local instant film aficionados Lora O'Shaughnessy and John Eric Munoz will walk you through the process of taking your photo, creating up to two Polaroid emulsion lifts, and transferring them to watercolor paper. Take a photo on our Polaroid camera, or choose one from your phone! All materials will be provided.

What students receive:

• Polaroid film, watercolor paper, brushes, trays and all other materials needed.

Meet Your Instructor:

Lora O'Shaughnessy and John Eric Munoz are instant film photographers based in Denton, TX. They have been shooting instant film for nearly a decade, and currently serve on the board of the Instant Film Society, a 501c3 arts organization dedicated to increasing awareness, accessibility, and understanding of instant film analog photography. Since 2016, the Instant Film Society has hosted PolaCon, the world's fist 3-day instant film convention, held each September in Denton and Dallas, TX. John and Lora love all things instant, and love sharing their knowledge with others in their community.
