Join us for a playful printmaking workshop with Savannah, our workshop coordinator. If you’re looking to explore an artmaking process where play and experimentation lead to beautiful, one-of-a-kind artworks, this class is for you!
Gelli printing is a contemporary form of monoprinting that utilizes flexible printing plates to create captivating textures and vibrant layers of color—no press required. It’s an accessible and budget-friendly way to begin or expand your printmaking journey.
In this engaging workshop, participants will experiment with stencils, stamps, and found materials to create unique prints perfect for embellishing art journals, enriching collages, or displaying as individual works of art. The possibilities are endless!
What students receive:
All materials and tools needed to make at least 10 art prints.

Meet Your Instructor:
This workshop is taught by Savannah of Savvie Studio. Savannah is a maker and art educator who is living and learning in Denton, Texas. She received her BFA from the University of North Texas in Visual Art Education Studies. Savannah is passionate about sharing art making practices with others, as she believes that working creatively with ones hands is a therapeutic and empowering act. When Savannah isn’t working in her studio or teaching a workshop, she can often be found hiking with her two dogs, or getting lost in a good book.
