10/22 - Spooky Plein Air Watercolor Workshop
Date: Wednesday, October 22nd
Time: 5:30–7:30 PM
Location: The Dime Store (118 E McKinney St, Denton, TX)
We love living in the Halloween Capital of Texas and want to celebrate with a festive outdoor painting workshop! For this unique class, we’ll meet at The Dime Store and take a short walk to one of the town’s seasonal Halloween landmarks, where we’ll capture the spirit of the season with watercolor.
Our talented instructor, Manal, will guide you through plein air watercolor techniques. Plein air painting is the practice of creating art outdoors, directly from the subject, while capturing the natural light and atmosphere. You’ll explore how to interpret light, color, and texture as you soak in the magic of the season.
This workshop is perfect for all skill levels, from beginners to seasoned painters. We can’t wait to paint with you!
