Meet Your Instructor:
Kara began sewing when she was little, but when she learned to embroider at 10 years old, she fell in love with fiber art. After working at a fabric shop a few years ago, she learned to quilt and hasn't been able to stop! She loves sharing her joy of sewing with others and learning more about quilting history. She is currently a graduate student at TWU studying Library Science. She loves traveling with her husband and blue heeler Oakley when time allows.
